After you book
What happens next
A confirmation arrives by text and email the moment the booking is held, with the date, the practitioner and the address. A reminder follows the day before and again two hours ahead, so a treatment never quietly falls off a Tuesday.
Reception is on the fifth floor at 1200 Bay Street, separate from the building lobby. Come about ten minutes early — makeup removal and paperwork otherwise eat into the appointment you paid for.
Every treatment begins with an assessment, and we will say no where a treatment is not right for you — you are not charged for a consultation that ends in a recommendation to do nothing. Cosmetic treatments are not covered by OHIP or by most private plans; where a treatment is performed for a medical indication we will give you an itemised receipt to submit.
