How to read this
What the number means.
A price is only useful if it is the price. These are the six things that decide what you actually pay, written out rather than buried in a footnote.
- Currency and tax
- Every figure on this page is in Canadian dollars and is quoted before 13% HST. Tax is added at checkout and itemised separately on your receipt, so you can always see what was treatment and what was tax.
- What from means
- A price marked from covers the smallest treatable area or the entry dose. Anything above that is quoted to you in clinic, out loud, before a single product is opened — never discovered afterwards on an invoice.
- Deposits
- Booking online takes a deposit, which comes off your treatment total rather than being added to it. If we cancel or reschedule, it is refunded in full.
- Changing your mind
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, in the client portal or by phone. Inside that window a late-cancellation fee applies, and it is set out in your booking confirmation.
- Consultation
- A first injectable or laser appointment includes an assessment. If we do not believe a treatment is right for you, we say so, we do not perform it, and you are not charged for it.
- Price changes
- Prices are reviewed twice a year. A course or package quoted to you is held at the price you were quoted for the life of that course.

Grouped by discipline, ordered the way the clinic orders them. Every figure is set in tabular figures so the last digit of the last row lands on the same vertical line as the first.

Courses and membership
When a single price is the wrong question.
Several treatments only work as a course, and paying for one session at a time is the most expensive way to buy six. Packages hold the price for the life of the course; memberships spread it across the year and include member rates on everything else.
Why this page exists
Nobody should have to phone for a price.
A clinic that will not publish a price is usually deciding it in the room, and the figure tends to depend on who is asking. We would rather you arrive knowing what things cost, so the consultation can be about whether a treatment is right for you rather than about money.
