Each one is a fixed number of sessions of a single treatment, bought together and drawn down as you use them. The saving beside each course is measured against what those same sessions cost individually today.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are quoted before 13% HST. A course is only recommended where the treatment genuinely needs a series — if one session is enough for what you came in for, we will say so and sell you one session.
From the assessment that decides whether you need a course at all, to the session that finishes it. Five steps, and the money changes hands at exactly one of them.
Courses are not sold over the counter. A practitioner assesses the area, establishes that the treatment is suitable for you and estimates how many sessions the result actually needs. For laser that depends on hair colour, skin type and the phase the follicles are in; for skin it depends on what we are treating and how your skin responds to the first pass.
If a course is the right answer, you are quoted the whole course before anything is booked — the number of sessions, the total, the per-session equivalent and the date it expires. You are free to take that away and pay per session instead; the single-session price is published on the price list and never rises because you declined the course.
The course is paid for once, in clinic or by card over the phone, and is credited to your file the same day. From then on the price is fixed: a mid-course price rise on the treatment does not reach a course you have already bought.
Book each session as you would any appointment. One session comes off the balance when the appointment is completed — never when it is booked, so a rescheduled or cancelled visit costs you nothing from the course. Your remaining sessions and the expiry date are visible in the client portal, and reception will tell you where you are at any time.
Laser in particular works to a schedule — typically four to eight weeks between sessions — and the validity window is set with that spacing in mind, not to catch you out. If illness, pregnancy or a move puts the course out of reach, tell us before it expires and we will extend it in writing rather than let it lapse.

Every course you hold appears in the client portal with the sessions used, the sessions left and the date the balance expires — the same record reception is reading when you ask at the desk. There is no card to carry and nothing to remember.
Sessions are redeemed by a member of staff against your file when the appointment is completed, and the redemption is logged with the date and who performed it. If the number in the portal ever disagrees with what you expected, that log is what we check — and if it is our error, we correct it in your favour.
The whole of it, in the six places where a prepaid course can go wrong for someone. Nothing here is in a footnote.
Bring the concern, not the treatment. If a course is the right answer we will quote the whole thing before you commit to any of it — and if it is not, we will tell you that instead.
