Dense sun-induced lentigines on the chest treated across three autumn sessions, with daily SPF 50 as the condition of keeping the result.

Years of summers at a cottage had left dense lentigines across the chest and shoulders. She had assumed the area was untreatable.
We started in October, deliberately. Three targeted laser sessions four weeks apart, with the expected darkening and flaking of the treated spots over the fortnight after each. She was strict about the aftercare, which is most of why this worked.
The photograph is at four months. She has continued with a daily broad-spectrum SPF 50 on the chest, which is the only thing that will keep the result. We told her at the start that without it the spots would return within two summers, and that has not changed.
Every treatment used in this course, with the price and appointment length it is booked at today. Prices are in CAD and HST is added at checkout.
Two dates are on the record: the day the course started, and the day the published photograph was taken. Everything between them was scheduled around this client's response.
Nothing is treated on the first visit unless the client asks, is medically suitable, and has had time to read the consent form.
Session intervals are set by the treatment and by how this client responded, and are reviewed each visit rather than booked as a block in advance.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
Taken at the point where the response to this treatment can be properly assessed, in the same setup as the baseline frame.
