Nasolabial folds treated indirectly by restoring lateral cheek and temple support across two sessions. Less product, and nothing placed in the fold itself.

After a planned and sustained weight loss of around eighteen kilograms, this client felt the change had aged her face. She arrived asking for filler in the nasolabial folds.
On assessment the folds were a consequence rather than the problem. Volume had been lost in the lateral cheek and the temple, and the midface had lost projection. We treated the cheek and temple with a firmer hyaluronic-acid gel placed deep on bone across two sessions eight weeks apart, and left the folds themselves untouched.
The photograph is at twelve weeks. The folds softened as the support above them was restored, using less product than treating them directly would have required. She was reviewed at two weeks after each session and no further filler has been placed since.
Every treatment used in this course, with the price and appointment length it is booked at today. Prices are in CAD and HST is added at checkout.
Two dates are on the record: the day the course started, and the day the published photograph was taken. Everything between them was scheduled around this client's response.
Nothing is treated on the first visit unless the client asks, is medically suitable, and has had time to read the consent form.
Session intervals are set by the treatment and by how this client responded, and are reviewed each visit rather than booked as a block in advance.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
Taken at the point where the response to this treatment can be properly assessed, in the same setup as the baseline frame.

Deep glabellar lines softened with a conservative first dose and one small adjustment at the two-week review. Brow position deliberately preserved.
