   Assessment

   A full medical history, a look at the face at rest and in animation, and standardised photographs from fixed positions. This is where most of the appointment's value is.

2. 2

   Mapping and consent

   5 min

   We mark the points, agree the product and the dose out loud, and you sign the consent for that specific plan. Nothing is prepared until you have said yes to a number.

3. 3

   Treatment

   10–20 min

   The injections themselves. Topical anaesthetic where the area warrants it; most people describe it as a series of quick, sharp pinches rather than pain.

4. 4

   Immediately after

   5 min

   Pressure, ice, and a short list of things to avoid for the rest of the day: no lying flat, no exercise, no facials, no heat. We hand you the same list in writing.

5. 5

   Two-week review

   15 min

   Included, never charged separately. We compare against your day-one photographs and add a small amount if the result is asymmetric or under-treated. Adding at review costs nothing; starting heavy costs a season.

• You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.

• There is an active skin infection, cold sore or open wound at the treatment site.

• You have had surgery, a vaccination or dental work in the area within the last two weeks.

• You have a neuromuscular condition such as myasthenia gravis.

• You take an anticoagulant, or you bruise unusually easily.

• You have had permanent or semi-permanent filler placed anywhere, at any time.

• You have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or human albumin.

Every treatment here is performed after a medical history review and, where the treatment requires one, a signed consent specific to that plan. Products are Health Canada authorised and tracked from supplier lot to your individual record.
