Narges founded Rose Beauty Clinic in 2019 after a decade in medical aesthetics, with the intention of building somewhere that treated conservatively and said no often enough to be trusted.

She takes every new-patient consultation herself. Her practice is built around facial assessment first and product second: understanding which layer has changed before deciding what, if anything, should be added to it. She has a particular interest in biostimulators and in correcting overfilled faces, which is a slower and less glamorous kind of work than most of what the industry advertises.

Narges oversees the clinic's medical protocols, its complication pathway and its laser safety programme, and she is the person on the after-hours number.
